Ordinance – a procedure relating to employment situations specifically agreed by the University Council.
Policies - set out the principles which prescribe the way University approach and deal with a certain matter.
Procedures – are more detailed documents which explain the method of applying the University’s policy in a certain situation.
Guidelines – detailed rules and instructions of how the related policy should be implemented.
Guidance – short summary of a procedure with an overview of how it may be applied, eligibility criteria and sometimes FAQs.
