I am currently working at the Swansea University Sleep Laboratory with Professor Mark Blagrove. My work focuses on the role of REM sleep and dreams in emotional memory, and I am also interested in studying individuals who frequently experience nightmares and other forms of intense dream experiences. Other research interests include sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, consciousness studies, and the use of dreamwork in psychology.

I received my PhD in Biomedical Science from the University of Montreal in 2016, where I conducted research at the Dream and Nightmare Laboratory with Dr. Tore Nielsen.
